My name is Bobby Porter, I love working out and eating clean, organic foods. I have played sports in football, wrestling, hockey, boxing, Muay thai. My training style will be self defense, overall body fitness such as balancing, strength training, boot camp, and cardio. I will use basic science this will give you a solid foundation providing, effective training, and nutritional programs.
